HAVE BUYERS LOOKING FOR THE FOLLOWINGS;
I have the following vessel requirements and would like you to send me several
valid candidates with contact information on each vessel query.
1.) 3000 BHP PSV with 12 kts service speed, >250 sq.’ free deck space, >35
berths, deck crane at 5T or >, Budget 2m USD$ and need to be Available
Immediately-Singapore or SE Asia if possible;
2.) 40+ meter crew vessel with 24-27 kts service speed and 70+ pax
accommodations of aircraft seating. Vessels should have bow thrusters and be no
older than 2001 and in the area of 3-4mil USD$ Available Immediately- Singapore
or SE Asia if possible and the vessels will later be Mobilized to Africa. We
hold an LOI for this purchase.
3.) 2-3 Vessels are needed in the 5150 BHP AHTS class with 40-50m LOA @ 12-14
kts; these vessels should have all the natural deck gear with 150 TB first
layer, bow Thrusters and large berthing capacities of-30-60 pax. Vessels should
not exceed 7.3-5m USD$ these vessel can be new but we would like to keep the
price under the 7.5m USD at the most- Clients are looking to 7Mil USD$ as the
“magic number”
4.) 2 vessels of 5000 BHP AHT relatively good berthing capacities of 30+ and
able to meet most of the 5150 specifications above. These will be used for Ocean
Towing and should be able to make 12 kts in good weather easily. We would like
to see these vessels in the price area of 4-5 m USD$ no older than 10 years but
not new build to keep pricing low- we will consider new if nothing else is
available.
5.) A Supply Vessel with at least 3000 BHP PSV and able to berth 35 or more.
This vessel can be older up to 1975 and under 2mil USD$ (not over 2m) It will
need to have 250+ sq’ of open clear deck area or more and a deck crane of equal
or greater than 5Tons.
At this time these are the most urgent vessels clients are looking for- all are
solid and looking to purchase ASAP. We can name all buyer in due course when the
appropriate candidates are submitted and we have a non circ in place. We look
forward to your candidates and are actively searching for these vessels through
all necessary avenues.

please add 2.5% to all vessels- any further contracts for Mobilization and/or

We are looking for a ship that is 70-85 meters house forward with a fairly clear back deck for carrying a clients cargo. Diesel electric would be best for propulsion. A RORO may work. She must be less than 20 years old and less than 15 would be best. Heavy lift rigged would be nice as they usually have a crane aboard No DP

TUGS;
BROAD SPECIFICATION OF THE TUGS
1. SPECIFICATION
a) Length O.A : 33 metres approx.
b) Breadth : 9.70 metres approx.
c) Draft : 2.90 metres approx.
d) Bollard Pull : Steady/sustained B.P of 20 Ton or more (Latest certificate to be enclosed)
e) Type : Highly maneuverable.
f) Year of Built : Not more than 10 years old at the time of supply.
g) Main Engine : Twin engines with independent remote control operation or similar flexible arrangement. IC engines operating on diesel.
h) Auxiliaries : GS/fire pump for external fire fighting with fire monitors on monkey island or bridge, oil disp. booms, sufficient fire protection system etc.
(a) Foam compound :12,000 litres(Apprx.)
(b) O.S.D :3,000 litres.(Apprx.)
i) Speed : Above 12 knots continuous with full power and under normal weather conditions.
j) Towing arrangement : Quick release tow hook and towing winch with adequate strength and suitably fendered so as to enable the tug to push/pull as required.
k) Communication : 2 Nos. of VHF international Hague plan frequencies.
l) Bridge : All major machines should have Emergency/supplementary control from the bridge.
m) Navigational equipments : Marine Radar, Echo sounder, Search Light, G.P.S., Navtex etc.
n) Towing lines : As described in Section III – 5 (f).
o) Manning : As per statutory requirements.
(i) Working hours for the tugs is sunrise to sunset on all days except in emergency.
(ii) The operator shall however arrange to keep standby staff to meet contingencies such as sudden sickness, absenteeism, leave reserve etc., for which no extra payment will be made by the Port.
p) Safety Devices : Should have appropriate safety devices to work in the close vicinity of vessels carrying in inflammable / hazardous cargo.
q) Registration : Under the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958 or equivalent as a sea going tug.
The specification of the tug for which tendering is made shall be descriptive in nature with all technical particulars without any ambiguity.
